It's even pretty, but it's extremely uncomfortable when turned off; you can't wear it around your neck because it hurts. I don't recommend it for travel, but if it's solely for giving a massage, it's quite nice. But it's not for me, as I prefer comfort when traveling.

After the delivery delay, when charging it for the first time it doesn't work. Wiring and battery are checked and the battery doesn't charge. The seller responds evasively and doesn't take responsibility!!!

Not bad at all. The massaging elements are a bit too hard. It's not advisable to use the device in a horizontal position because the massaging elements feel very hard due to the weight of the head.

This product looks good, but when used and placed on the neck area, it causes more pain and discomfort than it relieves cervical problems. It has a very large protrusion that lacks padding to make it softer, which causes a lot of discomfort. I do not recommend it. I will request a refund due to the poor quality of the product.
